As the school year is beginning to wind down, things are picking up here at camp! Our ropes course is cleared and being installed. The main office has taken on a new look. Cabins are being cleaned and prepped for use. There is a ton going on to ensure a fantastic summer to our campers!
In the midst of our prepping the grounds, we are also out and about in the community. Most recently we could be seen at the Newburgh Mall for the Hudson Valley Parent Magazine’s Cover Kid event. In addition, we also were out and about at the Orange County Choppers 5K Run/Walk. We will be making a return to Orange County Choppers to participate in Carly’s Kids Day on June 2nd!
With the summer quickly approaching we are planning more opportunities for families to come out to camp. On May 19th and June 3rd we will be having open houses. We would love to see new campers, potential campers, returning campers and all of their families! We are also in the works of developing a Rookie Day on June 9th, what better way to prep new campers and their loved ones than doing a mock day at camp! We will be running a shortened day for all to see what we’re about!
We are incredibly excited about the summer and we hope you are all too! Only 62 days to go!
