As you may have heard, Camp Redwood has invested in a challenge course! For those of you unfamiliar with a challenge course, it is created of what are called elements. Each element is an activity that serves to challenge an individual or group to accomplish certain goals. Our course is secluded behind the lake giving it a very outdoorsy and earthy feel, but without being completely out of touch. It is truly the epitome of an authentic outdoors experience. Our course is coming together! At this point we have strictly low elements including a port hole, spider web, and log swing. We are working to expand our course over the summer, so there will be more elements to come! In total we will have around ten elements to challenge our campers to.
